a- Master Bobbie Andrews as David Pennyfather (a boy scout) tells his sister Elizabeth (Miss Bella Terry) of the land where children rule, whereupon-since the grown-ups around them manage things so badly-they arrange a week-end trip. b- The Uncle, visiting the home of the Pennyfathers-where the grown-ups put everything off-collapses on the broken chair which ought to have been mended. c- David confronts the Rate collector when he makes his final call for the taxes, which the dilatory grown-ups have neglected to pay. d- The miniature Harold (Master Eric Rae), who had been the guardian of Jorrocks (Mr. Reginald Compton), remonstrates with the giant on his misbehaviour during Harold's absence. e- David (Master Bobbie Andrews) writes a letter to his parents before leaving with Elizabeth for the land where children rule. f- Miss Maudie Olmar, the clever solo dancer.
