Trooping of the Colour on the King's Birthday. 1907

For Sale is a Full Page drawing taken from "The Sphere," July 6th, 1907, showing a drawing by Charles Wyllie for "The Trooping of the Colour on the King's Birthday," showing "From the Palace to the Parade Ground."

Mr. Wyllie here presents a vivid view of what may be called the royal demesne of the capital, showing in the distance Buckingham Palace, the Processional Way, and the Horse Guards Parade, on which the picturesque ceremony of trooping the colour was performed on June 28, the official birthday of his Majesty. The building on the right is the new Admiralty, and the eminence in the far distance is Campden Hill.
