Incidents at Portsmouth on the Queen's Birthday. 1900.

For Sale is a Half Page removed from "The Graphic, June 2nd 1900," showing Drawings by Reginald Cleaver for "Incidents at Portsmouth on the Queen's Birthday."

On the Queen's birthday all ships in commission "dress" rainbow fashion.  The flags, when arranged on the line, are laid along the deck.  The men then run aft, holding the other end of the line, which is first passed through a block at the top of the mast, and then is carried down the mast through another block at the foot.

Condition is Very Good.
