A Tale of a Tip. 1898.

For Sale is a Full Page removed from "The Illustrated Sporting and Dramatic News, May 21st, 1898," showing the Following Drawings by E. Caldwell telling the story called "A Tale of a Tip."

   a- Tabby said that we had a "Dead-cert", in our stable.
   b- And we all thought that we ought to stand in, but how? The pup said that Old Billy was making a book on the Derby.
   c- Yes, Old Billy would accommodate us.
   d- And we got on every biscuit.
   e- The good thing came off.
   f- But, Old Billy was a welsher !!
