Capt. Greer's Slieve Gallion, by Gallinule-Reclusion, has been bought by Herr N. von Szemere, for Austria, ata price rumoured at £15,000.  It is said the horse will remain in training in England both this year and the next.  Lord Rosebery's Traquair, by Ayrshire-Chelandry, has been purchased by A. Ferguson for Australia, where the winner of the National Breeders' Produce Stakes, who has already started on his journey, will race before retiring to stud.  The jockeys' portraits given are of the riders prominently associated with the respective horses' successes.
