The King's Cup Swimming Contest at the Bath Club. 1906.

For Sale is a Full Page removed from "The Illustrated Sporting and Dramatic News, July 14th, 1906," showing the Following Drawings by Balliol Salmon for "The King's Cup Swimming Contest at the Bath Club."

Following on the meeting af the previous Saturday at Hampstead Ponds, the final of the King's Cup contest was held at the Bath Club on the 2nd inst., when F. J. Mathews, of Liverpool, won the breast Stroke Competition.  During the evening C. M. Daniels, the American Amateur Champion, beat the English 120 years record, and various swimming and diving displays were included in the programme.

   2- Swallow Dive from 9ft Board.- Lady Constance Stewart-Richardson.
   3- Handspring and Running Swallow Dive.- Messrs. Clark & Ede.
   4- Back Dive.-  Mr. Harold Smyrk.
   5- Water Polo.- Black & White.
   6- Diving from Trapeze.  Lady Constance Stewart-Richardson.
   7- The Kings Cup Competition - The Royal Life Saving Society.
         Second- G. H. Blackmore, City of London Police s.c.
         Winner- F. J. Mathews, Liverpool s.c.
   8- William Henry Hon. Sec.  Royal Life Saving society. who gave a display.
   9- Swimming with two legs out of the water.  Mr. Monks.

Condition is Very Good.
