For Sale is a Full Page removed from a "Series of Scripture Prints.  By William Darton.  Date 1842c. Published by Edward Suter,  Printer to the Infant School Society, 19, Cheapside,

The First side shows a Half Page Hand Painted Engraved Print, together with a Half Page of Text from the Bible for "Samuel and Eli." 1 Samuel iii.  1 to 5.

And th child Sam-u-el min-is-ter-ed un-to the Lord be-fore E-li.  And the word of the Lord was pre-ci-ous in those days ;  there was no o-pen vi-si-on.
And it came to pass at that time, when E-li was laid down in his place,  and his eyes began to wax dim, that he could not see ;
And ere the lamp of God went out in the tem-ple of the Lord, where the ark of God was,  and Sam-u-el was laid down to sleep ; 
That the Lord call-ed Sam-u-el :  and he an-swer-ed, Here am I.
And he ran un-to E-li, and said, Here am I :  for thou call-edst me.  And he said I call-ed not ;  lie down a-gain.  And he went and lay down.

Reverse side shows a Half Page Hand Coloured Engraved Print with Half Page of Text from the Bible for "Samson with the Gates of Gaza."  Judges  xvi.  2 and 3.

And it was told the Gazites, say-ing, Samson is come hi-ther.  And they com-pass-ed him in, and laid wait for him all night in the gate of the ci-ty, and were qui-et all the night, say-ing, In the morn-ing, when it is day, we shall kill him.
And Sam-son lay till mid-night, and a-rose at mid-night, and took the doors of the gate of the ci-ty, and the two posts, and went a-way with them, bar and all, and put them up-on his shoul-ders, and car-ri-ed them up to the top of an hill that is be-fore He-bron.
