For Sale is a Full Page removed from a "Series of Scripture Prints," By William Darton, showing a Half Page Hand Coloured Engraved Print called "David and Goliath," together with a Half Page of Text from the Bible called "David and Goliath,"  1 Samuel xvii.  48 to 51.

And it came to pass, when the Phil-is-tine a-rose, and came and drew nigh to meet Da-vid, that Da-vid has-ted, and ran to-ward the ar-my to meet the Phi-lis-tine.
And Da-vid put his hand in his bag, and took thence a stone, and slang it, and smote the Phi-lis-tine in his fore-head, that the stone sunk in-to his fore-head ;  and he fell up-on his face to the earth.
So Da-vid pre-vail-ed o-ver the Phi-lis-tine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Phi-lis-tine, and slew him ;  but there was no sword in the hand of Da-vid.
There-fore Da-vid ran, and stood up-on the Phi-lis-tine, and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath there-of, and slew him, and cut off his head there-with.  And when the Phi-lis-tines saw their cham-pi-on was daed, they fled.

Reverse side show a Half Page Hand Coloured Engraved Print, called "Solomon and the Queen of Sheba,"  1 Kings  x.  4 to 9. Together with a Half Page of Text from the Bible for "Solomon and the Queen of Sheba."

And when the queen of She-ba had seen all So-lo-mon's wisdom, and the house that he had built, and the meat of his ta-ble, and the sititing of his ser-vants, and the at-tend-ance of his min-is-ters, and theeir ap-pa-rel, and his cup-bear-ers, and his as-cent by which he went up un-to the house of the Lord ;  there was no more spi-rit in her.
And she said to the King, It was a true re-port that I heard in mine own land of thy acts and of thy wis-dom.
How-beit I be-liev-ed not the words, un-til I came, and mine eyes had seen it ;  and, be-hold, the half was not told me ;  the wis-dom and pros-per-i-ty ex-ceed-eth the fame which I heard.  Hap-py are thy men, hap-py are these thy ser-vants, which stand con-tin-u-al-ly be-fore thee, and that hear thy wis-dom.
Bless-ed be the Lord thy God, which de-light-ed in thee, to set thee on the throne of Is-ra-el :  be-cause the Lord loved Is-ra-el for e-ver, there=fore made he the King, to do judg-ment and just-ice.

Condition is Very Good, with the print cut tight to the Text on the bottom of reverse side.
