In Succession to the late General Sir Frederick Stephenson, Field-Marshal Sir Evelyn Wood has been appointed Constable of the Tower of London and Keeper of the Regalia.   The appointment is especially interesting in connection with the Coronation, for the Constable, who has a place in the Westminster Abbey procession, will be responsible for the safety of the Regalia during the whole of that great function.
