A Victory by Two Goals to Nil over Old Bradfieldians at the Crystal Palace.

   a- The Winners :  The Old Carthusians' team which beat Old Bradfieldians in the final of the Arthus Dunn Cup competition at the Crystal Palace by 2 goals to nil was as follows :  H.M. Mitton goal ; G.T. Hollebone and R.M. Hollis, backs ;  A. J. Wreford-Brown,  D. A. Pott and K. P. S. Caldwell,  half-backs ;  J. C. Moss, S. C. Gillchrist,  J. G. Dunbar,  J. L. Field and W. F. Moss, forwards.

   b- M. C. C. Higgins,  Old Bradfieldians' goalkeeper, comes out to save a shot. Charterhouse were, perhaps, on paper, a slightly superior side, but as things turned out the advantage was only apparent at forward, where J. G. Dunbar was conspicuous in leading the attack.

   c- The Carthusian First Goal :  This came after J. C. Moss had centred rather too strongly ;  W. F. Moss, on the other Carthusian wing, retrieved the ball and passed to J. G. Dunbar, who managed to get past several players and shoot.  M. C. C. Higgins and P. H. Williams both made vain attempts to avert a goal.

   d- The Runners-up :  The Old Bradfieldians' team, runner-up  Old Carthusians.  Bradfield owed much to M. C. C. Higgins, their goalkeeper, who played a very excellent game.  The team was as follows :  M.C.C. Higgins, their goal ; J. G. Stevenson and F. M. Webb, backs ;  D. R. Fussell, P. H. Williams and I.H.G. Gilbert, half-backs ; F. H.M. Murdoch,  R.W. E. Groves,  L.L.le P. Gardner. R,N. Rayne and I.M. Sorensen, forwards.

Condition is Very Good.
