   a- A Women's Doubles :  Miss H. Hogarth, Mrs. F. G. Barrett,  Miss D. J. Colpoys and Mrs. H. S. Uber.

   b- A Men's Double :  Including Three English Internationals R. M. White,  K. G. Livingstone,  R. C. F. Nichols and S. Jackson.

Although nowadays not the strongest, the Logan at Earl's Court is still the most famous Badminton club in the country.  There are two courts, each quite separate, and most players, though not all, consider the conditions ideal.  The floor is the only questionable aspect, wood being more congenial to some people than the Logan's concrete composition, though the latter model has been copied in the new courts at Cambridge used by the Granta Club.  Many famous players have been,  and still are, connected with Logan and at various times in its history invincible teams have been put into court.    But since the meteoric rise in recent years of the Alexandra Palace Club, with its Phalanx of youth led by D. C. Hume and the brothers R. C. F. and L. Nichols, Logen has had to give way.  Our pictures were taken on the occasion of the recent invitation tournament at Logan, in which most of the leading London players took part.
