   a- The Girl Champion as an Enthusiastic (?)  Arborculturist :  Miss Duran at Burhill.
The Women's Automobile Sports Association held their third annual open meeting at Burhill the other day, and our picture shows Miss Pauline Doran, the Girls' championship winner in 1930 and 1931, approaching from the picturesque, if interfering, trees to the second green.  Miss Gourlay won the scratch prize with 77.

   b- A Blindfold Drive :  Miss Maureen Orcutt Tests her Sixth Sense.
Miss Maureen Orcutt, the prominent American lady golfer who the other day beat Miss Helen Hicks in the Florida State championship, is here seen testing her powers when blindfolded at Augusta. She drove as far as she had done when using her eyes and got to within 18 feet of the pin.

Condition is Very Good.
