   a- Tiger slayers at Sundridge Park :  Miss Butler (L.) who beat Miss Wanda Morgan :  Miss I. Doxford (R.) who beat Miss Diana Fishwick in the Kent Ladies'championship.

   b- Still Supreme : Miss Joyce Wethered (L.) with Mrs. Porter, when winning the Surrey championship.
Miss Wethered fighting once again for her county title after some years'absence, showed that her hand had not lost its cunning.  In her semi-final against Miss S. Bailey and her final against Mrs. R.O. Porter, she only lost one hole.

Condition is Very Good.
