This Tournament, which lasts for about three weeks at the "Brighton of the North," commenced on the 11th inst. at the Talbot Green.  The competition has been instituted for more than a quarter of a century, and now always receives several hundred entries.

   b- Watching the shot.
   c- Following up a bowl after its delivery.
   d- Signalling a score.
   e- The draw for the jack.
