George Abecassis. 1956.

For Sale is a Full Page Colour Caricature removed from "Motor-Racing Drivers Past and Present," showing a Drawing by Sallon of "George Abecassis," now retired from Motor Racing after his recent marraige to David Brown's daughter Angela, started his career before the war, first with Austins and then on Alta on which cars he put up tremendous performances at Crystal Palace.  Post-war, with Aston-Martin and H.W.M.  (with which he and the late John Heath were associated), George's spirited driving will be sadly missed.
