   b- Miss Carrie Moore as Peggy, and Walter Passmore as Sam.- Love drives Sam to enter Miss Pyechase's Academy disguised as a girl student.
   c- Joe Mivens in the Gymnasium.- "Now I've spoken to you before."
   d- In the Officer's Mess - (Mr. Walter Passmore. Mr. Ambrose Manning &c.)
   e- The love-making of the maid-of-all-work, Eliza (Miss Grace Leigh), and the simple sailor, Joe Mivens (Mr. Dan Rolyat), does not pass without some heart-searching retrospection.- "I could niver tell whether you was poor or mean, Joe."
