Our International. 1904. (Rugby)

For Sale is a Full Page removed from "The Illustrated Sporting and Dramatic News, January 30th, 1904," showing the Following comic Rugby illustrations drawn by Harry Furniss called "Our International."

   a- Although trippers are severely dealt with by the referee they took excursion tickets from A- and had formed a good scrum long before the whistle blew for the start.
   b- The Trained ones then took the line out.
   c- Crossing the bar.
   d- The Survival of the fattest.
   e- The Cry of the unconverted.
   f- "Fate to the losing side left but one goal to drown their sorrows in the following bowl"
   g- And after many tries.
   h- And here and there a 'touch down"
   i- They reached it.
