The Prince of Monaco has compelled us to think of Monte Carlo in a light other than that of a mere resort of pleasure.  In his new Museum of Oceanography, pleasantly situated in the Jardin St. Maertin, he has provided us with an antidote to the delights of Casino and Terrace, upon which he looks with so stern an eye.  His new museum, just completed is replete with spacious laboratories and exhibition rooms, and is full of the most interesting things of all sorts, the results of the Prince's scietific raids upon the treasures of the vasty deep.
